Five years at TV Azteca’s PromoEspacio division — a digital signage network running over 16,000 screens across Mexico and internationally. The work spanned broadcast motion graphics, character animation, advertising campaigns, and 2D/3D production from brief to final delivery.

As Design and Production Coordinator, the role covered the full pipeline: concepting visual directions, supervising animation and illustration teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring broadcast-quality output under tight deadlines. Projects ranged from animated mascots for Banco Azteca to promotional reels for TV Azteca’s full network of channels and sponsors.

These reels are the foundation — five years of learning to solve production problems fast, communicate design decisions clearly, and build systems that scale under pressure. That discipline became the base for everything that followed in Houdini, live visuals, and procedural design.

PromoEspacio is TV Azteca’s digital signage division, one of the largest networks of its kind in Latin America. As coordinator, responsibilities included leading the creative team from brief to delivery, shaping the audiovisual and animation direction, conceptualizing visual elements, and reviewing and approving work across illustration, animation, and live action.

Animated character campaign for Banco Azteca's Guardadito savings product. Billy Billete is a coin mascot designed to communicate financial savings to a mass TV audience. Character animation, motion graphics and broadcast delivery coordinated through Cluster / PromoEspacio pipeline.
